Since 2006, Fouta Tunisia has been introducing Tunisian foutas to individual customers and businesses. Our collections now reach 78 countries, with the same attention to materials, colours and finishing.
Our craft is about keeping this traditional textile alive through designs that suit today’s tastes: the stripes of a classic fouta, the texture of honeycomb weave or the patterns of jacquard.

Artisan weaving, carefully chosen materials
Our foutas are made using artisan weaving methods that carry on Tunisian craftsmanship. Semi-mechanical weaving is complemented by finishing done by hand, with particular attention paid to every piece.
Depending on the design, we use combed or recycled cotton. The former is valued for its softness; the latter gives existing material a new purpose. Choosing materials carefully and respecting the environment are part of our approach to production.

Which fouta should you choose for everyday use?
Flat weave, honeycomb or jacquard: choose your weave
