Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you have 30 days after delivery to return any eligible item.
Return conditions
Returned items must:
- be unused,
- be unwashed,
- be in perfect condition,
- be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- order error (incorrect item received),
- defective, damaged, or faulty product.
In the case of a simple change of mind, the product must be returned in strictly perfect condition.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by Fouta Tunisia.
Refunds
A refund will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
The product must fully comply with all return conditions to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed using the original method of payment. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.
