Hereinafter referred to as Fouta Tunisie,
and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website foutatunisia.com.

1 – Purpose and General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions define the terms under which Fouta Tunisia sells its products to customers through the website www.foutatunisia.com.

Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Fouta Tunisia reserves the right to modify them at any time. The applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.

2 – Products

Fouta Tunisia offers foutas and related products displayed through photographs intended to accurately represent the items.

As the products are handcrafted, slight variations or imperfections in weaving, embroidery, or finishing may occur and do not constitute defects.

Colors and shades may vary depending on screen settings and remain subject to the customer’s appreciation.

3 – Prices

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Fouta Tunisia reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order. Prices are firm and valid only for purchases made on the website.

Any specific request may be subject to a personalized quotation.

4 – Orders

Any order is considered valid only after full payment has been received.

In the event of product unavailability, the customer will be informed and an equivalent solution may be proposed. If no response is received, an equivalent product may be shipped.

5 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Any return request must be sent by email to: info@foutatunisia.com

Customized or made-to-order products (including embroidery or bespoke manufacturing) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6 – Returns

Any defective or non-compliant product may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 14 days of receipt, subject to compliance with the return conditions.

7 – Payment

Payments are due in full at the time of order and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Any deferred payment must be subject to prior written agreement between the customer and Fouta Tunisia.

8 – Delivery

Orders are shipped from France, from the warehouse located in Anzin (59410).

• France: Mondial Relay or UPS
• International: DHL Express

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Fouta Tunisia cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

9 – Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. Customers may exercise their rights by contacting info@foutatunisia.com.

10 – Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Valenciennes (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11 – Intellectual Property

Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Fouta Tunisia website, in France or abroad, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
